Who is Patricia Holmberg?

I'm a Professional Career Development Coach. I have started my career in HR and Recruiting where I have almost 20 years of experience within the tech and financial industries as a certified HR Professional, working with the top 10 tech companies globally. As a coach, I offer companies the opportunity to have executive and mid-career workshops aiming to support them in aligning employees with their culture and values as they develop essential skills to continue to grow. Today more than ever, companies are experiencing great changes which can lead to instability and loss of engagement. The severe need to cut costs and layoffs left many employees overworked and trust may have been compromised.
